My Daily Go To Supplements

Hey everyone…TGIF! Thought I would let you in on my daily supplementation routine. There is an abundance of products out there on the market and I have managed to narrow it down to a few that I love and that work for me.

First off, I would highly suggest in taking a high quality multi-vitamin, omega-3 and probiotic daily. I am now also taking folic acid and extra vitamin D for fertility :). I use the USANA brand Health Pack’s and Omega’s. This brand in particular is one of the highest in quality in regards to vitamins and minerals.

Secondly is my pre-workout formula. My go to product is BIOSTEEL High Performance Sports Drink. I sip on this before and during my workouts…it increases my energy and focus without any harmful substances, helps stimulate muscle repair, is gluten free and vegan friendly as well. DRINK THE PINK!

Lastly is my post workout protein and greens. I use SUNWARRIOR Raw Vegan Protein, which is a plant based protein and is easy on my stomach and digestion. In addition to that I also use SUNWARRIOR Ormus Supergreens with phyto-nutrients. It is a raw, green superfood that is both alive and bio-available.
